Description
Jacques Marie Mage – Fellini in Cairo
Vision
Bold yet refined, the Fellini in Cairo pays tribute to one of cinema’s greatest visionaries. Inspired by the expressive genius of Federico Fellini, these medium-fit rectangular spectacles evoke drama, wit, and sophistication. With their sculptural temples and classic silhouette, these glasses help turn everyday reality into personal cinema. Elegant and idiosyncratic, they bring a new rhythm to how you see—and how you’re seen.
Crafted to Perfection
Handcrafted in a limited batch of 350 pieces, the Fellini in Cairo is rich in detail. The 10mm Havana acetate frame is paired with double-laminated temples, enhanced by light gold signature arrowhead front pins. Inside, hidden light gold engraved wirecores echo the Art Deco spirit. The custom 9-barrel hinge—tension-secured for strength—is adorned with silver spur-shaped rivets. The result: a frame that’s both durable and poetic.
Limited Production Batch
Only 350 units were produced worldwide. Each frame is engraved with a unique serial number, adding collectible value to its cinematic soul.
Lenses
Fitted with cerulean CR39 lenses, this frame offers a soft blue tint with full UV protection. The 4-base curvature ensures comfortable wear, while the backside anti-reflective coating reduces glare for clear, relaxed vision.
Packaging
Each pair comes in a handmade Italian leather case, accompanied by a microfiber cloth/pocket square, all nestled in a hard-shelled silk-covered box. A letterpress certificate confirms its edition number and craftsmanship.
