Jacques Marie Mage Woodland in Sequoia is a limited-edition luxury sunglasses model from the Héritage II Collection. Handcrafted in Italy from responsibly sourced Buffalo Horn, this ’60s-inspired Saratoga silhouette features refined metal details, custom five-barrel hinges and proprietary PTX Pine lenses. Limited to just 100 pieces worldwide.
The Jacques Marie Mage Woodland in Sequoia is a refined interpretation of the classic Saratoga silhouette. Part of the exclusive Héritage II Collection, this new design takes inspiration from the elegant eyewear of the 1960s. Limited to just 100 pieces, the Woodland combines distinctive proportions, natural Buffalo Horn and exceptional craftsmanship.
The Woodland features a streamlined Saratoga-style silhouette with a wide fit and a subtle keyhole bridge. Its 10mm Buffalo Horn construction creates a rich and naturally distinctive appearance. In the Sequoia colourway, warm and earthy tones enhance the frame’s sophisticated character.
Moreover, the design remains remarkably balanced. Slender temples and a discreet bridge give the Woodland a refined profile. As a result, this model offers a strong presence while remaining elegant and versatile.
The frame comes with proprietary PTX urethane 4-base lenses in Pine. These Category 3 lenses provide UV protection and feature a backside anti-reflective treatment. With a 16% transmission rate, they offer a deep and comfortable tint for bright conditions.
Handcrafted in Italy, the Woodland showcases meticulous attention to detail. Custom arrowhead front pins feature additional volume and fine hairline engraving. Furthermore, the sculptural temples incorporate polished metal inlays with JMM’s signature Art Deco-inspired linework.
Custom 5-barrel hinges provide durability and smooth movement. Meanwhile, optional nose pads with adjustable arms allow for a more precise fit. Silver Palladium hardware and spur-shaped rivets complete the construction.
Only 100 pieces of the Jacques Marie Mage Woodland have been produced. Therefore, this Héritage II model offers a particularly rare opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts of exceptional eyewear.
The Woodland comes presented in JMM’s Bordeaux Empire Collector’s Box Set. It includes a custom leather eyewear case with a precious metal buffalo embellishment, an oversized double-sided microfiber cleaning cloth and a stainless-steel screwdriver with burgundy enamel detailing.
A tin of Horn Wax and a dedicated polishing cloth are also included for the long-term care of the Buffalo Horn.
