Originally introduced in 2016, this distinctive rectangular frame draws inspiration from the glasses worn by Hopper in the iconic film Easy Rider (1969). As a result, it embodies the fearless spirit of the American counterculture while expressing the refined craftsmanship that defines Jacques Marie Mage.

Handcrafted in Japan, the Taos in Noir is sculpted from 12mm cured cellulose acetate in a polished black finish. Furthermore, the custom double-laminated temples feature black exteriors with rich tortoise interiors, adding subtle depth and character.

Every detail reflects Jacques Marie Mage’s uncompromising standards. Signature sterling silver arrowhead front pins, hidden Hopper wirecores with engraved Southwestern motifs, silver palladium 7-barrel hinges, and spur-shaped rivets create a frame that feels both robust and refined.

Meanwhile, the Cerulean CR39 lenses feature a 6-base curve with backside anti-reflective treatment, ensuring excellent visual comfort, reliable UV protection, and a striking contemporary appearance.
