Shipping & returns
To celebrate the launch of our e shop, le bar à lunettes offers free shipping worldwide till end of August 2020.
Changes of conditions will be communicated in due course for the period starting September 1 st, 2020.
- We ship all orders within 72 hours after orders réception and payment ( business days only ).
- Shipping carriers will be chosen at the discretion of Le Bar à Lunettes. Unexpected and uncontrollable delays- incurred by e.g.: weather, holidays etc. will not result in a refund or express shipping cost.*
- Orders will be shipped pending item availability. Pre-ordered items will be shiped once they arrive, please contact le bar à lunettes for an indicative date.
- All Bar à Lunettes packages require an adult signature, once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.
- Upon arrival to the destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. The recipient must bear all or any additional charges for customs clearance.
Le bar à lunettes is not responsible and has no control over additional charges or delays due to custom clearance and cannot predict what they may be.*
- Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on international orders outside Europe. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

- We do accept returns only for orders within Europe. Returns will be made at customer costs.
- Items eligible for return must be shipped within 7 calendar days after delivery. Delivery outside this window will be ineligible. Email us immediately after item reception about our wish for return at email@example.com
- Returns must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging
- Please thoroughly seal your return in the original box with your order invoice/ ticket. If you decide to use another box, make sure it is well padded to prevent damage during transit
- We process all returns within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email when your refund has been issued
- Unfortunately, all International sales outside Europe are Final.
